The artwork below is pigmented concrete on stretched canvas. I am frequently asked if the work is heavy, and while it may be heavier than oil paint on canvas, it is not as heavy as you would expect. The 16" x 20" canvases below are 9-10 pounds. A good solid hanger can hold them quite well. Clicking on an image will take you to that piece's entry at Deviant Art.

	Night Falls (2024) Concrete Pour Painting The background was inspired by the colors in the aurora borealis, but lacked the sense of night. Black concrete and some fun concrete confetti fixed that. 12" x 16" aluminum frame $125
	Splash (2024) Concrete Splatter Painting with embedded green quartz I had the background layer done for months, but it lacked a focal point. The green quartz inspired the splashy foreground. 10" x 20" aluminum frame $160
	Purple with Amethyst (2024) Concrete Splatter Painting with embedded amethyst Inspired by crushed amethyst I found in a local shop, The shades of purple bled into each other as I poured, which made for an interesting effect. 10" x 20" Black aluminum frame SOLD
	Untitled Concrete on Canvas (2023) Concrete Splatter Painting This may have been my first attempt at a Jackson Pollock style work. Looks are deceiving...the wide multicolored streaks actually took about a minute each to pour. 	Dragon (2023) Concrete Pour Painting After pouring the background layer, I started pouring what is the head of the dragon, which dictated all of the rest of the pour. While I do think of composition, I tend not to think of content. This was an exception. It is one of my favorites. This is from the same pouring session as the splatter painting above, and if you look, you will see the same color palette. 10" x 20" White painted frame $150
